Lincoln Depot Museum On February 19, 1861, President-elect Abraham Lincoln took his inaugural train ride from Springfield, Illinois, to Washington, DC. Today, the Lincoln Depot Museum is a 3,000-square-foot museum inside the Peekskill Freight Depot commemorating Lincoln's visit.
